Last Wednesday I got an email of "The Vanishing City" creators:
We are proud to announce that "The Vanishing City", our documentary about excessive luxury development in our neighborhoods, is finally complete! We wish to thank all of you who supported and encouraged us over the past two and a half years. And a special thanks to those of you who gave us interviews. We couldn't have made this film without all of you.
Right now we have entered it in several film festivals, and we are speaking with different distributors. We'll let you know what happens.
In the meantime, you can follow "The Vanishing City" on our website, www.TheVanishingCity.com, our Facebook page, IMDB or you can email us.
If you gave us an interview, give us a call or drop us a line. We will be making copies for you if you would like one.
Many thanks,
Jen & Fiore & Erika, Heather, Chris I. and Jason
So lets hope for many festival participations.

@TJara: Oh yes, I really hope we all can watch the movie. But the email contact let me know that I can have a copy, too...it's just the regio code which hold me back and I didn't asked for the price.
ReplyDelete@rennschnecke: I don't think that the movie is about rich people...more about normal New Yorker who were squeezed from the rich to leave their homes to built high prize...
