I also tried to get The New York Times today. But the big international newspaper stand at Alexander Platz told me they don't have it (I should try it at the airport) and the weekend issues of the newspaper would coast 20 € (14 € weekday). WHAT??? 20 bucks for a newspaper. That is insane. I will get the Vanity Fair for 3,40 €. At least I could read the online version of the article, but it had been cool to have the printed version as well.
